Hello! My name is Dan Mayer, President of Mayer Tree Service, Inc. Welcome to our company!

I became involved in the tree care industry in 1984 for my passion of working in the outdoors and to share my skills with great people to improve the health and appearance of their trees.

The request for services was so extremely positive I decided to take time away from the outdoors to attend The Stockbridge School of Arboriculture - University of Massachusetts, to study arboriculture and forestry.  This exciting experience and the wealth of knowledge acquired lead to the creation of Mayer Tree Service, Inc.

Today, Mayer Tree Service, Inc. is a proven leader in today’s tree care industry. We are a full service tree care company that has set the standards of service excellence. Our staff of experienced professionals is as eager to serve our customer’s and as passionate about the trees health and appearance as I have been from the beginning!

Mayer Tree Service, Inc. is a full service tree care company that employs Massachusetts Certified Arborist (MCA) and International Certified Arborist (ISA). We are passionate about the services we provide and love to develop and maintain long lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Over the past several years, word of mouth has traveled how great and reliable Mayer Tree Service treats their customers and co-workers. This has expanded our customer base farther away from our main office located in Essex Massachusetts. To support the needs of our loyal customers and to continue the development our team members we acquired several tree service companies and partnered with others. This strategy has proven positive in our ability to respond and deliver timely services throughout the New England region.

Acquisitions and locations are Tamarack Tree Inc. in Newton, NH; A-1 Tree Service in Saugus, MA and Popeye Tree Service in Methuen, MA. Partnerships are with Northshore Arborist in Gloucester and Wakefield MA.
